Raj Srivatsan

Raj Srivatsan practiced Chancery/Supreme Court litigation with Delaware firms, and assisted the U.S.S.E.C.’s enforcement division in securities fraud investigations/litigation through its Observer program. He enjoys the distinction of clerking for Justice Ridgely (DE Supreme Court) as a Wolcott Scholar and Chief Judge Kevin Gross as his judicial intern (Bankruptcy Court). He has worked alongside London law firm Simmons & Simmons advising a foreign government on a $2.5 billion public-private transit project, served as a founding director of the South Asian Bar Association-Delaware and as a member of the Rodney Inn of Court (DE). He is admitted in New York, Delaware, (DC), federal courts and overseas.

Raj has freely contributed to public service projects including representing a wrongfully convicted person (federal courts), victims of domestic abuse, guardian ad litem for neglected/abandoned minors and in parental-rights termination matters. His industrial experiences include strategic/marketing management experiences in the U.K. and turnaround and turnkey engineering management (India).

Raj graduated with JD, LLM, MBA and physics degrees. He has competed in international martial arts competitions, taught martial arts and is an avid oarsman. He is delighted to be involved with SOTN’s talented team to help save lives through SOTN’s noble mission.
